By continuing to access or interact with MeVid ("the Platform"), you are forming a legally binding agreement to comply with the rules set forth in this document. If you dispute any portion of these terms, your access to the site is immediately revoked.

1. Legal Age Requirement

MeVid provides access to explicit, adult-oriented visual depictions. You must be eighteen (18) years old, or the recognized age of majority in your geographical jurisdiction, to enter this domain. Any circumvention of our age verification gateways is a severe violation of this agreement.

2. Prohibited Interactions

To maintain server stability and ad network compliance, users are strictly forbidden from:

• Executing automated harvesting bots, spiders, or scripts against our API endpoints or DOM structure.
• Attempting to bypass iframe restrictions or hotlinking media assets directly.
• Using the interface for any illegal broadcasting or distribution.

3. Content Delivery Mechanics

MeVid functions primarily as a dynamic search engine and embed aggregator for third-party media tubes. We do not host, encode, or directly transmit the video files. Our proprietary UI, backend logic, and styling remain the intellectual property of MeVid.

4. Disclaimers

The video feeds are supplied on an "AS IS" parameter. MeVid makes no guarantees regarding the continuous uptime of third-party streams, the accuracy of the metadata, or the absence of network interruptions.

5. Policy Modifications

Administrative updates to these terms may occur without prior warning. Continued utilization of the site architecture implies total acceptance of any revised parameters.
